Return & Exchange

Our return/exchange policy gives you 30 days from the day you receive your purchase, to either exchange, or get a refund. All you have to do is ship the product back to us. Parts are no charge during the warranty period and freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. However, consumable parts are not covered by warranty (Please see “Warranty” on the website for details). 

Returns:

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or authorization MUST be obtained for all returns. You MUST contact us by calling 909-597-1100 or email us before returning your gas generator. All production must be returned with original packaging, accessories and documentation. Failed to do so will result $150 plus 20% of the original purchase price deduction from your full refund. 

PowerLandwill ONLY pay the return shipping costs if the return is a direct result of our error (you received an incorrect item or item confirmed by our carriers that lost during shipping) and we will re-ship the correct item at no charge from you. If the generator you received is damaged or defective, CONTACT us as soon as possible within 30 days, and we will either fix the problem for you by sending parts or exchange free for you. 

Once 30 days past, we will only can send you the parts with possible shipping charge collected from you.  All shipping damages must be claimed with the designated shipper. Check the unit for damage before signing the bill of lading or delivery receipt. If item deliveries with damage, please contact us immediately for replacement or refund. PowerLand generators are not eligible for return if the oil or gas is not drained. Our driver will NOT pick up the products which contain oil and gas by law.

We charge a 20% restocking fee for returns plus deducting $150 return shipping charge from your refund IF your generator has no manufacturer defective or no shipping damaged upon return inspection at our warehouse.

 

Replacement:


a. You received a damaged or wrong item.
b. Within 30 days upon delivery, item is defective with NO misuse, NO abuse use, NO improper installing,NO neglect of maintenance, NO incorrect start up or assembly as specified in the owner’s manual. 
c. No any modifications.


If the generator you received is damaged or defective, CONTACT us as soon as possible within 30 days, and we will either fix the problem for you by sending parts or exchange free for you.
